        2019 topics

Artificial intelligence: How do we implement and gain real business value? How do we monetize the value created? Working with AI and creating new data driven business models requires that companies not only have the right infrastructure and data management in place, but also adjust their ways of working and build the competence and culture needed.

Open innovation: How can venture models and ecosystems complement traditional models with M&A and full control? Many incumbent companies and especially those with an engineering culture, have an approach that builds on DIY (do it yourself). The digital models need to build on open innovation, collaboration and ecosystems.

Digital maturity: How do we organize to support new business models? How do we transform the workforce and evolve the company culture? The digital business environment is fundamentally different from the traditional one. Digitally mature companies recognize the differences and are continuously evolving how they learn and lead in order to adapt and succeed in a rapidly changing market.
